Privacy Policy — Truth or Dare Kids

Truth or Dare Kids collects no data at all. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. It makes no network requests. Nothing about you or your child is collected, transmitted, sold, or shared with anyone.

Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to the Truth or Dare Kids mobile app (iOS bundle identifier com.designkey.truthordarekids, Android package com.TruthOrDareKids), published by DesignKey. The app is designed for children and is listed in the Kids Category on the Apple App Store.

This policy covers the app only. Our website and our other apps are covered by a separate privacy policy.

What Information Do We Collect?

None. The app does not ask for, and does not collect, any personal information. There is no sign-up, no sign-in, no account, and no user profile. We never ask for a name, email address, phone number, date of birth, photo, or any other identifying detail.

Analytics

The app contains no analytics of any kind — neither third-party analytics services nor our own. We do not measure usage, sessions, screen views, taps, retention, or crashes. No analytics SDK is bundled in the app.

Advertising

The app contains no advertising. There are no ads, no ad networks, no ad SDKs, no sponsored content, and no cross-promotion of other apps. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

Tracking

The app does not track users. It does not access the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), does not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt, does not build profiles, and does not link any information to a person or device.

What Is Stored On The Device?

The app stores one thing locally on the device: a list of which game prompts have already been shown, so that questions are not repeated during play. This list contains no personal information, stays in the app’s own storage on the device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is removed when the app is deleted.

Permissions

The app requests no device permissions. It does not use location, contacts, the camera, the microphone, photos, health data, Bluetooth, or the device’s local network.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Truth or Dare Kids is intended for children, and it is built so that no personal information is collected from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect no personal information at all, there is nothing to disclose, sell, or share, and no verifiable parental consent is required for data collection — there is none.

The app contains two links that lead to websites outside the app: our company website and this privacy policy. Both are placed behind a parental gate, which asks a question a young child is not expected to answer, so a child cannot leave the app on their own. The parental gate cannot be turned off.

User-Generated Content and Communication

The app has no chat, no messaging, no comments, no social features, and no way for users to submit or share content. All game prompts are written by us and ship inside the app.
